The TMCS1123C4AQDVGRQ1 is a precision Hall effect current sensor that provides up to 80ARMS of current measurement at +25°C, with a precision signal regulation circuit with built-in drift compensation for a maximum total error of less than 1.75% over temperature range and life cycle without system-level calibration ‌. The TMCS1123C4AQDVGRQ1 sensor is designed to meet the high-precision current measurement requirements in high-voltage systems such as electric vehicle (EV) charging and solar energy.
