The TUSB546-DCI is a VESA USB Type-C™ alternate mode adapter driver switch that supports USB 3.1 data rates up to 5Gbps for the downstream port (host) and DisplayPort 1.4 data rates up to 8.1Gbps. This VESA DisplayPort Alt mode device supports configurations C, D, E and F based on the USB Type-C standard version 1.1. This linear adapter driver is protocol independent and also supports other USB Type-C Alt mode ports. 

The TUSB546A-DCI provides multiple receive linear equalisation levels to compensate for inter-code crosstalk (ISI) due to cable or board alignment loss. The device operates from a single 3.3V power supply and supports both commercial grade temperature ranges and industrial grade temperature ranges.
