The HMC6301BG46 is a complete millimeter wave receiver integrated circuit in a RoHS-compliant 6 mm × 4 mm wafer-level ball Gate Array (WLBGA) package that includes a low noise amplifier (LNA), image rejection filter, RF to IF downconverter, IF filter, I/Q downconverter, and frequency synthesizer. The HMC6301BG46 operates in a frequency range of 57 GHz to 64 GHz with a bilateral modulation bandwidth of up to 1.8 GHz.

The HMC6301BG46 device also has built-in AM and FM detectors for demodulation of on-control Critical (OOK), frequency shift keying (FSK), or minimum frequency Keying (MSK) modulation formats, enabling lower cost and power consumption serial data links without the need for high-speed data converters.
