The AD7147ACPZ-500 digitizer is designed for capacitive sensors to enable functions such as buttons, scroll bars and rollers. This sensor requires only one layer of PCB board, creating the possibility of ultra-thin applications.

The AD7147 is an integrated CDC with on-chip environmental calibration. The CDC has 13 input channels connected to a 16-bit, 250 kHz sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) converter via a switching matrix. The CDC is able to sense capacitance changes from external sensors and use this information to record sensor activation events. By programming registers, users have full control over CDC Settings.
