The ICM-42605 6-axis MEMS motion sensor is a motion tracking device with an integrated 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer. The gyroscope supports eight programmable full-scale range Settings (from ±15.625dps to ±2000dps). The accelerometer supports 8 programmable full-scale range Settings (from ±2g to ±16g). The motion sensor also includes a 2KB FIFO that reduces traffic and reduces power consumption on the serial bus interface. This is achieved by allowing the system processor to burst read sensor data and then enter a low-power mode.
