Product Description

The ICU-30201 ultrasonic time-of-flight distance sensor is a high-performance, ultra-compact solution designed for ultra-long-distance applications. The ICU-30201 has a ranging distance of 30cm to 9.5m, with an accuracy in millimeters, and is not affected by lighting conditions or the transparency of the target.

The 40MHz integrated CPU supports on-chip algorithms, including ranging, human presence, and wake-up methods, among others

Programmable mode, optimized for long-distance or short-distance sensing applications

A customizable field of view (FoV) of up to 180°

Multi-object detection

Work under any lighting conditions, from full sunlight to full darkness

The ICU-30201 sensor features a customizable field of view of up to 180°, supports multi-object detection, operates with ultra-low power consumption, and extends battery life. This sensor integrates a 53kHz piezoelectric microfabrication ultrasonic transducer (PMUT) and a second-generation ultra-low power system-on-chip (SoC) in a miniature, reflow solderable package.
