The R5F526TBBDFN is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from Renesas designed for dual motor control and power factor correction (PFC) applications ‌. It is equipped with 120MHz RXv3 core, high-speed flash memory supporting 120MHz read operation and trigonometric computing unit (TFUv2), providing ultra-high computing performance ‌.

The RX26T series includes:

• HOCO with guaranteed oscillation accuracy of ±1.0% (-20°C ≤ Ta)

• Data flash

• Single-ended PGA

• Comparator

• Additional components in compact QFN package (space saving due to reduced number of components)

In addition, the family includes CAN-FD for high-speed interdevice communication and I3C Basic for high-speed communication with sensors for faster data transfer.
