The R5F526TBBDFL microcontroller is a 5V compatible device that enables dual motor control via field oriented control (FOC) and power factor correction (PFC) control on a single chip. It is equipped with RX third generation CPU core "RXv3 core" operating at 120MHz, and achieves ultra-high computing performance through high-speed flash memory and trigonometric computing unit (TFUv2) which can achieve 120MHz read operation.

The RX26T series includes:

• HOCO with guaranteed oscillation accuracy of ±1.0% (-20°C ≤ Ta)

• Data flash

• Single-ended PGA

• Comparator

• Additional components in compact QFN package (space saving due to reduced number of components)

In addition, the family includes CAN-FD for high-speed interdevice communication and I3C Basic for high-speed communication with sensors for faster data transfer. Flash has a dual-group configuration and BGO/SWAP capability, allowing firmware to be rewritten without stopping the system. Trusted Security IP-Lite integrates basic management functions and an encryption engine, reducing the risk of information leakage from the system.
