The R5F523E6MDFL is a 32-bit microcontroller with an integrated 24-bit Delta-Sigma A/D converter at rates up to 125kSPS with a built-in analog front end (AFE) that is ideal for industrial sensor devices.

Compared to the previous generation RX23E-A, the RX23E-B's 24-bit Delta Sigma A/D converter has improved both in high-speed performance and noise performance.
