The UJA1167ATK/0Z is a miniature high-speed CAN system-on-chip (SBC) that includes an HS-CAN transceiver compliant with ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 standards and an integrated 5 V/100 mA microcontroller power supply. It also features a watchdog and serial peripheral interface (SPI).The UJA1167A operates in ultra-low-current standby and sleep modes, has bus and local wake-up functions, and supports autonomous CAN bias in accordance with ISO 11898-2:2016. In sleep mode, the microcontroller is powered off.
