The MPXV2010GP device is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor that provides a highly accurate linear voltage output proportional to the applied pressure. The sensor is a monolithic silicon diaphragm with an integrated strain gauge and thin film resistor network on the chip. The chip is laser trimmed for accurate range and offset calibration and temperature compensation.
