The ADRF5515BCPZN is a dual-channel, integrated RF, front-end, multi-chip module designed for time-division duplex (TDD) applications. The device operates from 3.3 GHz to 4.0 GHz.The ADRF5515BCPZN is available in a dual-channel configuration with cascaded, two-stage, LNA and high-power silicon SPDT switches.

The device is available in a compact RoHS-compliant 6 mm × 6 mm 40-pin LFCSP package.
