The LT8253HUFDM is a synchronous 4-switch boost controller optimised for automotive USB-C power supply. When used in conjunction with a USB Type-C or PD port controller, the LT8253HUFDM is fully compliant with the USB Power Supply (PD) specification. The voltage swing rate of the output voltage can be controlled via the FB pin. When operating below the AM band, it can provide up to 100W of output power and 98% peak efficiency.

The LT8253HUFDM supports a single buck-boost output with a C-type port with a power good flag. Over-current, overvoltage and short-circuit protection are also provided
