The ADXL314WBCPZ is a ±200 g range, 13-bit resolution, 3-axis digital accelerometer. The digital output data is in 16-bit binary complement data format and can be accessed via the serial peripheral interface (SPI), 3 or 4-wire or I2C digital interfaces.
The integrated memory management system uses a 32-level first-in-first-out (FIFO) buffer to store data, thereby minimising host processor load and reducing overall system power consumption.
The low power mode supports intelligent motion-based power management for threshold sensing and motion acceleration measurements at low power consumption, typically 65 μA at 100 Hz output data rate (ODR) and VS = 2.5 V.
The ADXL314WBCPZ is available in a small, slim 5 mm × 5 mm × 1.45 mm, 32-pin LFCSP package.
