The MSP430F5152IRSBR is a 25MHz 16-bit microcontroller (MCU) with 16KB of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, 10-bit ADC, comparator, DMA, and 16-bit high-resolution timer. The chip is available in a WQFN package with 40 pins.
