The MAX2832ETM RF transceiver is designed for 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz 802.11g/b WLAN applications. The MAX2832 integrates modules with the same functionality except for PA. Both devices include a Delta-Sigma RF synthesizer with a fast build up time, a frequency step size of less than 20Hz, and a digitally tunable crystal oscillator, allowing the use of low-cost crystals. The device also integrates on-chip DC offset compensation and I/Q error and carrier leak detection circuits.
