The TDA5252 is a low-power single-chip FSK/ASK transceiver operating in the 915MHz frequency band, suitable for half-duplex low data rate communications. The chip features high integration, requiring only a minimal number of external components. It includes an efficient power amplifier, a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with automatic gain control (AGC), a dual-balanced mixer, a complex direct-conversion baseband filter, an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a digital signal processor (DSP), and a microcontroller unit (MCU).
