The SCTH60N120G2-7 1200V Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs feature 52mΩ (typical value) and 60A (rated value) in an H2PAK-7 package. The device has excellent switching performance and an extremely low on-resistance RDS(on) performance indicator per unit area, resulting in a more efficient and compact system. Applications include switching mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and industrial motor control.
