The LT8640S-2 synchronous buck regulator features a Silent Switcher architecture designed to minimise EMI emissions and provide high efficiency at high switching frequencies. Peak current mode control with a minimum turn-on time of 30ns achieves a high step-down ratio even at high switching frequencies.
Burst Mode® operation enables ultra-low standby current consumption, forced continuous mode controls frequency harmonics across the output load range or, alternatively, extended spectrum operation can further reduce EMI emission.
