The NTMFS005N10MCLT1G Single N-channel power MOSFET is a small size, compact design MOSFET with low RDS(on) and low capacitance. Low RDS(on) values minimize on-going losses, and low capacitance minimizes driver losses. These single-n-channel power MOSFETs are lead free, RoHS compliant and operate in a temperature range of -55 °C to 175°.
