The ICM-45686 is a high performance dual interface (UI + AUX) 6-axis MEMS motion tracking device. It has a configurable host interface that supports I3CSM, I2C, and SPI serial communications, and an AUX interface that supports SPI slave mode (for connecting to an OIS controller) or I2C master mode (for connecting to an external sensor). The device has up to 8KB of FIFO and 2 programmable interrupts.

The ICM-45686 supports the lowest gyroscope and accelerometer noise in this IMU class, with the highest stability to temperature, shock (up to 20,000 grams) or SMT/bending induced offsets, and out-of-band vibration induced noise. Other industry-leading features include the InvenSense on-chip APEX motion processing engine for gesture recognition, activity classification and pedometers, programmable digital filters and embedded temperature sensors.
