INFINEON Semper™ NOR Flash is a non-volatile storage solution that integrates security features for automotive and industrial systems. Applications include automotive dashboards, Advanced Assisted Driving Systems (ADAS) and network communications. The NOR flash memory is compliant with automotive functional safety standards, as well as ASIL-B and ASIL-D standards. The device is AEC-Q100 compliant and features an EnduraFlex™ architecture that enables more than one million programming/erase cycles or 25 years of data retention over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. In addition, the device features Quad SPI, HyperBus and Octal interfaces that are compliant with the JEDEC xSPI standard.
