The ADAU1772BCPZ is a codec with four inputs and two outputs with a built-in digital processing engine that performs filtering, level control, signal level monitoring and mixing. The path from the analog input to the DSP core to the analog output is optimized for low latency, making it ideal for noise-cancelling headsets. With the addition of a few passive components, crystals and an EEPROM for boot, the ADAU1772 provides a complete headset solution.
