The ADAQ4224BBCZ is a μModule® precision data acquisition (DAQ) signal chain solution that shortens the development cycle of precision measurement systems by shifting the challenges of component selection, optimisation and layout in signal chain design from the designer to the device. the ADAQ4224BBCZ guarantees a maximum of ±1.0 ppm INL and 24-bit no-miss codes for unparalleled precision performance over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range. 40°C to +105°C temperature range for unrivalled precision performance.


The ADAQ4224BBCZ features system-in-package (SIP) technology that integrates common signal processing modules for data acquisition solutions in a 14 mm × 9 mm, 0.8 mm pitch, 178-ball CSP_BGA small package.
