Description:

The new RX65N MCU contains an RXv2 CPU core. The CPU core is manufactured using a 40nm process with an operating current of 15mA (typical value) and an operating frequency of 120MHz. With large RAM capacity, it is possible to develop software that runs only in internal memory. The built-in memory can hold software separately for network connectivity and buffer communication middleware processing.
