The device measures electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, chest impedance, pacing artifacts, and lead connection/loss status, and outputs this information as a data frame to provide lead/vector or electrode data at a programmable data rate. Its low power consumption and small size characteristics make it suitable for battery-powered portable applications.
