Overview

The OPA3S328YBJR is a precision low-voltage CMOS operational amplifier (opamp) with an integrated switch optimized for flexible cross-resistance applications. Low input bias current and low input capacitance allow high frequency transresistance gain at low photocurrent operation (< 1nA). The OPA3S328's integrated switching, low offset, and rail-to-rail output performance enables high accuracy across tens of current values. The small package and integrated switch allow for selectable transresistance gain and help reduce size for space-constrained applications.
