The TMCS1127A6AQDVGR is an 80ARMS, 250kHz current isolated Hall effect current sensor with industry-leading isolation and accuracy. At all sensitivity options, the output voltage proportional to the input current has excellent linearity and low drift.

The TMCS1127 precision signal conditioning circuit with built-in drift compensation has a maximum sensitivity error of less than 2.75% over the entire temperature and life range without system-level calibration; The maximum sensitivity error, including lifetime and temperature drift, is less than 1.5% when calibrated at room temperature in one go.
