The NOIP1SN1300A-QTI is a 1/2" SXGA CMOS image sensor with a pixel array of 1280 X 1024. The highly sensitive 4.8µm x 4.8µm pixels support low-noise "pipeline" and "trigger" global shutter read modes. In addition, associated double sampling (CDS) support in global shutter mode reduces noise and improves dynamic range.

The sensor features an on-chip programmable gain amplifier and A 10-bit A/D converter. The integrated time and gain parameters can be reconfigured without any visible image blemishes.
