MPQ6615GQKTE-AEC1 is an H-bridge DC motor driver. The H-bridge consists of four N-channel power MOSFETs. The on resistance (RDS(ON)) of each MOSFET is 11mΩ when the junction temperature (TJ) is at 25°C. It also integrates pre-drivers, gate driver power supplies, and current-sense amplifiers.
