MP6541AGQKT is a three-phase brushless direct current (BLDC) motor driver chip. The device integrates three half-bridges consisting of six n-channel power MOSFETs, as well as six pre-drivers, two gate drive supplies, and three current sampling amplifiers.

The MP6541A delivers peak output current (IOUT) of up to 12A or continuous current IOUT of up to 8A in 1 second, depending on heat dissipation conditions and PCB layout. It uses an internal charge pump to generate a gate drive supply voltage for a high-edge MOSFET (HS-FET), while a trickle charging circuit is used to maintain sufficient gate drive voltage to achieve 100% duty cycle operation.
