The MPM54313GBJ is a fully integrated 3-way 3A power module with I2C interface. It provides a complete power solution with built-in start and shutdown sequencing controls, as well as integrated adjustable soft start (SS), compensation functions and various protection thresholds.

The MPM54313 offers a full range of protection features, including undervoltage lock (UVLO) protection, overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature shutdown protection.
