MPC22161-120 is a dual phase non-isolated high efficiency step-down power module. The integrated driver MOSFETs and inductors provide high efficiency and small size, making the module ideal for server applications.

The MPC22161-120 has a variety of features to simplify system design and can be used with controllers with three-state PWM signals. The device provides Accu-SenseTM current sampling to monitor inductive current and temperature sampling to report junction temperature.
