The MPC22165-170 is a two-phase, non-isolated, high-efficiency step-down power module. It integrates MOSFET drivers (DrMOS) and inductors, which is not only efficient but also has a small footprint, making it ideal for server applications.

The MPC22165-170 offers two independent outputs that can be used separately or in parallel. It achieves output currents (IOUT) of up to 170A (85A/ phase) over a wide input voltage (VIN) range.
