The MP6615GQKT is an H-bridge DC motor driver that integrates a full bridge of four n-channel power MOSFETs, in addition to a pre-driver, gate driver power supply, and current sampling amplifier. The MP6615's internal safety features include over temperature shutdown protection, under voltage lock (UVLO) protection, and over current protection (OCP).
