The RC32312A002GN1 is a high-performance, low-power compact jitter attenuator with network synchronization capability based on the high-performance FemtoClock™ 3 series. It supports SyncE network synchronization and can output ultra-low jitter clocks and directly synchronize 112G pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) SerDes as well as CPRI/OBSAI, SONET/SDH, and ADC/DAC.

Features

Ultra-low jitter performance: RMS jitter (12KHz-20MHz) performance at a typical clock rate of 312.5MHz can be as low as 50fs.

Diverse power options: Easily run the device with a single 1.8V power supply, while being compatible with SCL/SDA 3.3V level interfaces (only a 3.3V power supply is required for VDDD33_SERIAL pins).

SyncE support: SyncE technology is perfectly supported to further enhance its synchronization performance.

Support for DCO mode: Take advantage of the DCO mode for greater flexibility and efficiency.

Flexible boot mode: With the support of an external EEPROM, the configuration can be automatically loaded during the boot phase, thus simplifying the configuration process.

Flexible communication interface: Free choice between SPI or I2C communication protocols.

Multiple OTP configurations: Up to four OTP configurations can be automatically loaded during the startup phase.

Clock input monitoring: Accurately monitor clock input to ensure reliable and stable performance.

Phase slope limit (ns/s) : Supports output phase smoothing and adjustment in DPLL mode.

High range loop bandwidth: The loop bandwidth can be flexibly adjusted in the range of 0.5Hz to 18kHz to meet various application requirements.
