The STM32L431RCT6 32-bit MCU+FPU is an ultra-low power microcontroller based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 80 MHz. The Cortex-M4 core has single floating point unit (SFPU) precision and supports all ARM single precision data processing instructions and data types. A full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) are executed simultaneously to enhance application security.

The STM32L4 microcontroller is based on a new ultra-low power platform with FlexPowerControl functionality. It extends flexibility and achieves optimized power consumption. STM32L4 outperforms the market in the ultra-low power area with an EEMBC ULPBench score of 150 ULPBench™-CP.
