The STM32G431C8U3 microcontroller is based on a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC kernel and operates at frequencies up to 170MHz. The Cortex-M4 core uses a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP(digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve the security of applications. The device is embedded with peripherals that allow acceleration of mathematical/arithmetic functions (CORDIC for trigonometric functions and FMAC units for filtering functions).
