Overview

The RH850/P1M microcontroller has low power consumption, flash capacity up to 2 MB, RAM capacity up to 128 KB, With enhanced motor control timer, CAN interface, sensor digital interface such as SENT and PSI5 as well as security features such as locked CPU, ECC, BIST (built-in self-check) and ECM (error control module) for chassis systems. In addition, only 2 MB of flash products are available as an optional built-in ICU-S (Hardware Security Module).
