The R7FA6M2AF3CFB 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) product group uses the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone support. Used in conjunction with the on-chip Secure Crypto Engine (SCE), it provides secure chip functionality. The integrated Ethernet MAC with dedicated DMA ensures high data throughput rates. RA6M4 is based on a high-efficiency 40nm process, supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept based on the FreeRTOS Flexible Configuration Package (FSP), and can be extended to use other real-time operating systems (RTOS) and middleware. The RA6M4 is designed to meet the needs of IoT applications, such as Ethernet, future-proof security features, large embedded RAM and low power consumption (running CoreMark® algorithms from Flash memory down to 99uA/MHz).
