The AD5677R-1 is a low-power, 16-channel, 16-bit, buffered voltage output, digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) with a built-in 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference voltage source (enabled by default) and a gain select pin, and a full-scale output voltage of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). Powered from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, monotonicity is guaranteed by design.The AD5677R is available in a 28-pin lead-frame chip-scale package (LFCSP) with a built-in power-on reset (POR) circuit that ensures that the DAC outputs are powered up to and held at zero level until a valid write operation is performed.
