The STSPIN32G0601QTR 600V three-phase BLDC controller provides an integrated solution for driving three-phase applications. It is embedded in an MCU (STM32G031x8x3) with an Arm 32-bit Cortex-M0 + CPU and a 600 V three-way half-bridge gate driver capable of driving either n-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs.
