The STSPIN32F0601QTR 600V Three-phase controller is a highly integrated solution for driving three-phase applications. Because of the high level of integration, it helps designers reduce PCB occupancy and the overall bill of materials. The device has a built-in STM32F031x6x7 MCU (with ARM® 32-bit Cortex®-M0 CPU) and a 600V three-way half-bridge gate driver. The half-bridge gate driver can drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT.
