The CR95HF-VMD5T is an integrated transceiver IC for contactless applications.

The CR95HF manages frame encoding and decoding in reader mode for standard applications such as near field communication (NFC), proximity and neighbourhood standards.

The CR95HF has a built-in analogue front-end that provides a 13.56 MHz air interface. It supports ISO/IEC 14443 Class A and B, ISO/IEC 15693 (single or dual subcarrier) and ISO/IEC 18092 communication protocols. It also supports detection, reading, and writing of NFC Forum Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 tags.
