Product Description

The TRF7970ARHBR device is an integrated analog front-end (AFE) and multi-protocol data group frame device for 13.56MHz NFC/RFID systems, supporting all three NFC working modes: Read/write mode, peer-to-peer mode and card emulation mode It complies with standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 A and B, Sony FeliCa, ISO/IEC 15693, NFCIP-1 (ISO/IEC 18092) and NFCIP-2 (ISO/IEC 21481). In addition, the TRF7970ARHBR features built-in programming options, making it suitable for a wide range of applications in NFC, proximity and neighborhood recognition systems.
