The STM32F400RBT6 device is based on a high-performance Arm®Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC kernel and operates at frequencies up to 100 MHz. The Cortex®-M4 core features floating-point unit (FPU) single precision and supports all Arm single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve the security of applications.

The STM32F400RBT6 integrates high-speed embedded memory (up to 128KB of flash memory, up to 32Kb of RAM), and a wide range of enhanced I/ o and connectivity capabilities.
