The STM32F401CDU6 STM32F4 MCU is based on a high-performance Arm®Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC kernel, operating at up to 84 MHz. The Cortex®-M4 core features floating-point unit (FPU) single precision and supports all Arm single precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to improve the security of applications. The device operates in the temperature range -40 to + 85°C with a power supply of 1.7V (PDR OFF) to 3.6V. A comprehensive set of power saving modes allows the design of low power applications.
