The QPC4614SR is a 75Ω 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA). It offers high linearity over the entire 31.5 dB gain control range in 0.5 dB steps and low insertion loss of 1.2 dB at 1 GHz. Three control modes are available: serial, latching parallel, and direct parallel programming. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free transient switching performance.
