The LX2122RC82029B processor retains the LX2160A's 16 Cortex-A72 cores, 50Gbit/s security engine and 88Gbit/s data compression engine. It features 12 SerDes channels at rates up to 25Gbit/s to simultaneously support four 25Gbit Ethernet connections and x8 PCIe Gen3, among many other combinations.
