The TRS3221EIDBR is a single-driver, single-receiver RS-232 solution that is powered from a single VCC supply.The RS-232 pin provides IEC G1000-4-2 ESD protection. The device is TIA/EIA-232-F compliant and provides an electrical interface between the asynchronous communications controller and the serial port connector.
